Clean Eating Weight Loss Meal Plan 43

Breakfast

Whole Wheat Toast Topped with All-Natural Peanut Butter, Banana and Raspberries

Doesn't it look yum?

Mid Morning Snack

Tomatoes

Love tomatoes. They're easy and clean.

Lunch

Quinoa with Vegetables and Herbs

With higher protein, minerals, fiber, riboflaven, manganese and antioxidants, quinoa is one of the world's finest foods. It's also gluten-free and easy on the digestive system.

I love the way quinoa tastes. I also like that it's easy to cook.

Today's organic quinoa was decorated with vegetable and herbs for extra goodness and flavor. Of course, you can cook quinoa whichever way you like.

Afternoon Snack

Granola Mix with Nuts, Dried Fruits and Natural Brown Cane Sugar

I found this awesome mix from a local organic food store. It was quite tasty. You can make your own too, or try Bear Naked Granola Mix, which tastes just as good.

Dinner

Stir Fry Brussels Sprouts with Chicken (get recipe here)

I don't eat enough Brussels sprouts. I should. They're crunchy, sweet and nutritious. I've always liked cabbage, so naturally, I liked Brussels sprouts too. Tonight's clean eating dinner was fantastic. It was flavorful and healthy, and made a lovely dinner.
