Clean Eating Weight Loss Meal Plan 56

Breakfast

Cracked Wheat with Banana Slices and Real Maple Syrup

Cracked wheat is one of the healthiest grains that aid in both weight loss and overall health. It's bulk food that filled you up with many nutrients. It's perfect for a healthy breakfast.

Today's clean eating breakfast was simple to make: just cooked cracked wheat with real maple syrup and banana slices. Nothing to it, except it was delicious and nutritious.

If you are looking for a good organic cracked wheat, Great River Organic Milling Cracked Wheat (below) is an excellent choice.

Also, if you want a good real maple syrup, the one by Coombs Family is nice. It's also an Amazon Bestseller.

Mid Morning Snack

These are addictive! There's no additives in these at all--unsulfured and unsweetened. They taste like real mangoes, because that's what they really are.

I think you will like them.

Find them here.

Lunch

Tuna Salad Over Spring Mix

The tuna salad was made with mayo with olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. I laid it over a bed of greens, and drizzled balsamic vinaigrette on it. It turned out well, and I highly recommend you try it.

 Afternoon Snack

They're not just for kids. Really yummy and healthy snacks. Trust me.

Dinner

Organic Italian Chicken Sausage Over Whole Wheat Pasta, and a Side Salad

These Italian chicken sausages were flavorful and scrumptious. The organic pasta sauce was a good choice too. It was a simple dinner, but clean still.

For pasta sauce, I used Simply Organic Tomato and Basil Marinara. I like that it contains simple ingredients and is certified organic.
