Breakfast


Whole Wheat Toast with All-Natural Peanut Butter, and a Side of Kiwi and Raspberries



 Mid Morning Snack


This was a sweet, crunchy and healthy mix. I think you'll enjoy it.



Lunch

Turkey Sandwich with Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, All-Natural Turkey Breast, Olive Oil Mayo and Organic Fig Preserves

I understand that it's unusual to add fruit preserves to lunch meat, but the sweet, wholesome flavor of fig preserves blended well with turkey and whole wheat toast. I hope you give this sandwich a try, because it was truly delicious.




For an all-natural fig preservative, Fig Jam Andresy All natural French jam is a fantastic choice! Made with natural cane sugar and having no preservatives at all, this is a wonderful import from France.

Afternoon Snack

Newman's Own Organics Newman-O's Crème Filled Chocolate Cookies (from this location)

A healthier alternative to Oreos?

YES PLEASE!

These sandwich bites have no preservatives and artificial coloring but the same great taste. A must-try, if you ask me.

Dinner

Apple Avocado Salad (recipe from here)

This was a sweet, crunchy and scrumptious salad. I liked the combination of fresh vegetables, wholesome avocado and sweet apples. On top of all the goodness, drizzles of organic poppy seed dressing too. This was, by far, one of my favorite vegetarian clean eating recipes.
