Breakfast


Scrambled Eggs, All-Natural Mozzarella and Cucumber Slices

Nothing beats a healthy plate of protein, cheese and vegetables. I could eat this for breakfast, lunch or dinner.




Mid Morning Snack

Plantain Chips

Know what's as good as banana chips? Plantain chips!

Crispy, slightly sweet and toasted to golden perfection, these were fantastic for a mid-morning lift.



The brand of plantain chips I recommend is Inka Crops Roasted Plantains, made with all-natural ingredients and no hydrogenated oil. I also like that it's made with just a sprinkle of salt to bring out plantain's natural sweetness.

Lunch

All-Natural Peanut Butter Over Toasted Whole Wheat Artisan Bread, with a Side of Hard Boiled Eggs

Not only does peanut butter taste good, it also provides natural energy. I lift in the afternoons, and love both the protein and carbs peanut butter offers.

Instead of jarred peanut butter, which is full of hydrogenated oil, I get mine from the local grocer who offers freshly-ground peanut butter. There's no oil, salt or other additives in it--just fresh peanuts finely grounded into creamy, spreadable goodness.




Afternoon Snack

Apple Slices and Carrot Sticks

Keepin' it simple.




Dinner

All-Natural Turkey Breast Over Garden Salad

Fresh and crunchy salad topped with natural turkey breast? Looks yummy--and tasted even better!



You can use any dressing you want, but to keep dinner clean, I prefer organic dressing like Organicville Ranch.
