Caramelized Cane Sugar Sweet Potato

Sweet potato is full of vitamin A, beta carotene and calcium. It's naturally sweet and tastefully filling. 

When I found this recipe on Pinterest, I was elated. Already a sweet potato fan, I was glad to see it cooked in sweet cane syrup, and looking scrumptious as ever.
