If you like lemon's sweet-and-sour taste, you'll like today's clean eating breakfast. With a teeny drop of lemon curd on top, each bite is a little lemon-y and a whole lot of honey.
It's sweet; it's sour; it's amazing.
Mid Morning Snack
Oats, Craisins and Toasted Coconut Shreds
What an awesome yet simple snack! I emptied the entire bowl in a matter of a few minutes.
Lunch
Turkey, Avocado and Gouda Sandwich (find recipe here)
This was a wholesome sandwich, jam-packed with turkey, cheese, avocado and crunchy turkey bacon. It was so delicious, you wouldn't believe that it's healthy too.

Afternoon Snack
Banana Slices with Almond Butter
With bananas, you can use any type of nut butter, but I prefer crunchy, earthy almond butter.

Dinner

I prefer light dinners. How about you?
Tonight's clean eating dinner is crunchy, light and refreshing. Plus, it took little time to prepare.
To ensure that this meal is clean, I used whole wheat pasta. I also recommend quinoa pasta, which is equally delicious.
