Clean Eating Weight Loss Meal Plan 13


Breakfast

Dried Fruits and Blue Cheese Melt (recipe here)

For today's clean eating breakfast, you can use any type of whole wheat bread you want. I liked this recipe because the sharp flavor of blue cheese meshed well with sweet fruits and crunchy nuts.

This was a healthy way to start the day.




Mid Morning Snack

Avocado Slices over All-Natural Black Bean Tortilla Chips

 The brand of tortilla chips I recommend is Way Better Snacks. It uses only unprocessed ingredients in all products. Plus, it tastes great. The black bean chips? They actually taste like black beans. With a slice of avocado, these chips made the perfect mid morning snack.



Lunch

Chicken Sausage with Whole Wheat Pasta

Again, a simple lunch of all-natural chicken sausage, with Italian seasoning, over whole wheat pasta.

For extra flavor, I drizzled extra virgin olive oil, and added a pinch of sea salt and basil.


Afternoon Snack

Pistachios

Dinner

Chicken, Zuchinni and Parm Melt (recipe at this link)

This was a quick, easy and tasty meal. Great choice for busy week nights--and fantastic for the entire family.
