Breakfast

Maple Hill Creamery Yogurt

This brand of yogurt is made with milk from 100% grass-fed cows. The flavor takes getting used to, but after a while, it becomes creamy and sweet. I recommend the maple flavor.


Mid Morning Snack

Honey, Walnut and Grape Mix (recipe here)

Sweets in the mornings are totally acceptable! I like this snack because it's made from natural sugar, and contains walnuts' wholesome flavor. Sweet and crunchy--great combo!

 Lunch

 Quinoa Tabouli Salad

In addition to quinoa and tabouli, this salad contains tomatoes, onion, scallion, parsley and other herb-y ingredients--all in a sweet and lime-y flavor. It tasted delicious, and made a great clean eating lunch idea.

Cod with Lemon-Cucumber Salsa (recipe here)

This clean eating recipe may sound hard to do, but was actually easy to make. Took less than 30 minutes. Plus, the lemon-cucumber salsa was unique and refreshing. I think you'll really enjoy this awesome recipe.
