Breakfast

Avocado and Banana Slices

If you are clean eating on a budget, tuna is a great way to go. It's healthy, filling, tasty and affordable. I use it often.

Today's tuna melt was full of flavor and very easy to make. It made a fantastic clean eating lunch.

Afternoon Snack

Toasted Tofu in Ginger Garlic Sauce (recipe at this link)

This dish is more of an appetizer--and it was delicious!

I've always enjoyed tofu. Ate a lot of it growing up in China. It's a great meat substitute and naturally tasteless--meaning that it absorbs any flavor.

The flavor being used today is a ginger garlic sauce that I created on a whim. It was tangy and sweet, and I definitely recommend you try it.

Dinner
