Clean Eating Weight Loss Meal Plan 33

Organic Oatmeal Topped with Banana and Apple Slices

This was a simple breakfast, but sometimes simple works better.

It was a tasty idea, and I hope you try it.

 Mid Morning Snack

Think Thin Crunch Bar (from this place)

These bars were fantastic!

They're gluten-free, made of fruits and nuts, and a great source of protein and fiber. Also, they have 70% less sugar than other brands. Lastly, they are sweet and satisfying. I've a feeling you'll like them.

Find them at ThinkThin Bars.

Lunch

Turkey, Avocado and Gouda Sandwich (recipe here)

This clean eating sandwich was a stack of deliciousness: turkey, bacon and avocado exploded with flavor. The combination of their varying texture worked well too.

I enjoyed this sandwich very much. Certainly hope you try it too.

Get recipe at Clean Eating Lunch Idea.

Afternoon Snack

Apple, Banana and Nut Butter Stack (recipe here)

We are all about mixing flavors and textures today, but hey, it works. Today's clean eating snack is no exception.

The crunchy apple slices mended well with soft banana and creamy nut butter. (I'm using Wild Friends All-Natural Peanut Butter, by the way. It was soooooooo good!)

You can find the recipe at Clean Eating Snack.

Dinner

Creamy Tomato Sauce Over Baked Chicken (get recipe here)

A creamy sauce is a great way to dress up chicken.

I like today's creamy tomato sauce because it's flavorful and different. Plus, love that my chicken was no longer plain.

You can find the recipe at Clean Eating Dinner - Creamy Tomato Sauce.

Well. That's all for today's clean eating meal plan.

Hope you enjoyed all the food, and got some great clean eating ideas.

See you next time!
